Each leaf has a slimy layer that retains water, making the leaves thick. The "gel" that people associate with aloe vera products is this water-filled tissue. Aloe Vera is a faster-growing succulent species and can reach approximately 18” tall. This is an evergreen perennial plant and its gel is widely known to relieve sunburn and help heal wounds. Plants will be shipped bare-root with No Pot option. Option with pots will be shipped with soil. The Aloe Vera thrives well under direct sunlight.
